About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Hybrid (Tuesday to Thursday)
- Shift: Standard Business Hours
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Office/Remote
Responsibilities:
The Portfolio Management Analyst will be responsible for:
- Administering and configuring the enterprise portfolio management tool
- Developing and maintaining custom dashboards and reports
- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Providing training and technical support to end-users
- Collaborating with stakeholders to align tool functionality with business objectives
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience with portfolio management tools, preferably Planview
- Proficiency in configuring PPM tools
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Ability to manage competing priorities
Desired Skills:
- Experience in a PMO environment
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
- Proficient in advanced data analysis
- Strong stakeholder collaboration skills
