A financial services firm in Charlotte, North Carolina, is seeking a new Power BI Developer to join its Risk Technology group, focusing on designing and developing business intelligence solutions.
***This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.***

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
- Connecting to various data sources and transforming data using Power Query
- Implementing advanced DAX calculations for business metrics and KPIs
- Publishing and scheduling reports, ensuring secure access
- Optimizing the performance of reports and dashboards
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence solutions
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficient in SQL and Database Management
- Strong expertise in DAX, Power Query, and Data Modeling
- Experience with Power Automate
- Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
- Ability to integrate applications using REST APIs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science and/or Information Technology
- Experience in the Banking and/or Financial industry
- Familiarity with Scripting languages (e.g., Python or R)
- Expertise in Power BI Dashboard creation
