A health services network in Tennessee is actively seeking a new Power BI Developer to focus on data model optimization and report development to drive performance in healthcare revenue cycle analytics.

Responsibilities:
- Developing interactive Power BI reports and dashboards
- Building and optimizing lakehouse architecture and dataflows
- Creating schemas and performing performance tuning for large datasets
- Developing analytics for healthcare revenue cycle functions
- Partnering with stakeholders for business insights
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of experience developing Power BI reports
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric
- Experience in healthcare revenue cycle analytics
- Proven experience transitioning data sources from SQL to EDW
- Strong SQL skills and data modeling experience
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance
- Excellent communication skills
Desired Skills:
- BI/Analytics certifications
- Experience with Azure ecosystem
- Background in healthcare systems/data
- Knowledge of denials analytics and payer contracts
