- Preparing and facilitating weekly Change Advisory Board meetings
- Executing IT change management processes in line with ITIL practices
- Maintaining the platform deployment freeze calendar
- Identifying and resolving change conflicts and scheduling issues
- Communicating change schedules and approvals
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience in IT Change Management or related technical role
- BA degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Hands-on experience with Change Advisory Board meetings
- Working knowledge of ITIL change management practices
- Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or comparable ITSM platform
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to assess technical change documentation
- Effective collaboration across technical and business teams
- Sound judgment and facilitation skills
