A health services network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Physician Assistant to join their growing Transplant team, specializing in inpatient liver transplants

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Night
- Schedule: 3 shifts per week
- Hours: 6:30pm to 7am
- Setting: Inpatient
Responsibilities:
- Rounding on patients
- Performing examinations
- Writing notes (H&P and event notes)
- Updating handoffs with pertinent information
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent Inpatient Transplant experience
- Active NYS Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Certification in NCCPA
- Certification in BLS and ACLS
- Active New York license required
- Familiar with Epic EMR
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in the medical field
- Experience in an academic medical center
- Specialty certification
- Proficiency in Medical Documentation
