A leading regional healthcare network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing Neurosurgery team. This role offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities across two hospital sites.
About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: Dec 2025 to June 2026
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Inpatient & Outpatient (50/50 split)
Responsibilities:
- Managing inpatient rounds and conducting outpatient clinic visits
- Performing neurosurgical consults, postoperative follow-ups, and ongoing care management
- Performing inpatient procedures under physician supervision, as needed
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
Qualifications:
- Active NJ Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Active CDS and DEA registration
- Experience in Level I or Level II Trauma
- Working knowledge of EMRs
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in a Critical Care and/or Neurosurgery role/setting
- Working knowledge of Epic EMRs
