A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Massachusetts is seeking to hire a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) for a contract role with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, including one weekend rotation
- Hours: Full-time or part-time, but consistent
- Setting: Skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
Responsibilities:
- Providing and directing resident care within accepted practices
- Evaluating resident needs and establishing treatment plans
- Coordinating treatment plans with staff and other disciplines
- Conducting resident screenings
- Providing feedback to supervisors on clinical issues
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and active Physical Therapist license
- Knowledge in Older Adult Rehabilitation
- Knowledge of Governmental and Regulatory guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
