A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join a skilled nursing and assisted living community in Parsippany. This role provides resident-centered rehabilitation care in a collaborative setting with opportunities for both full-time and part-time availability.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday with one weekend rotation
- Hours: Flexible; standard business
- Setting: Skilled Nursing & Assisted Living
Responsibilities:
- Provide and direct rehabilitation care in accordance with accepted practice standards and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate resident needs and develop effective, efficient treatment plans
- Coordinate treatment plans with staff and other disciplines as needed
- Document clinical care accurately and timely to support center and regulatory requirements
- Participate in screenings, in-service training, and other center-directed activities
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of operations
Desired Skills:
- Experience working with older adult rehabilitation
- Knowledge of governmental and regulatory guidelines in healthcare settings
