A Westchester County, NY-based healthcare network is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to provide essential therapy services to children within a supportive environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Full-time or Part-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 3:30pm or 8:30am to 4pm
- Setting: School-based
Responsibilities:
- Providing physical therapy services to children
- Conducting assessments and evaluations
- Collaborating with educational staff and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining accurate documentation and IEP compliance
- Developing assistive technology and adaptive equipment
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- NYS PT License and Registration Certificate
- NPI Number required
- Experience with the Pediatric population
- Strong communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
Desired Skills:
- 2 years of Physical Therapy experience
- Master's or Doctorate Degree
- Certification in CPR/BLS
- Experience with SigmaCare EMR
