A skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Brookline, MA is seeking a contract Physical Therapist.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time or Part-time available, no per diem
- Hours: Consistent days and hours, flexible based on availability
- Setting: 150-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility
Responsibilities:
- Providing and directing resident rehabilitation care
- Evaluating resident needs and establishing treatment plans
- Coordinating supervision of treatment plans with staff
- Participating in resident screenings
- Providing feedback on clinical and rehabilitation issues
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current, active MA Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Knowledge of Governmental and Regulatory guidelines
Desired Skills:
- Experience/knowledge in Older Adult Rehabilitation
- Experience in Resident Care
