A healthcare organization in New York City is seeking a new Phlebotomist to assist with glucose and cholesterol screenings for their employees.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: 4 weeks
- Schedule: March 3 to April 23rd (Tuesdays & Thursdays)
- Hours: 9am to 11:30am each day (Arrival by 8:45 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Perform blood draws efficiently and accurately
- Ensure proper handling and labeling of specimens
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Adhere to all safety and compliance protocols
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Compliance with the required checklist
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Phlebotomist license or Medical Assistant certification with Phlebotomy skills
