A healthcare organization in New York is seeking a new Phlebotomist to join their team in the Syracuse region, focusing on sampling for the Biomonitoring NY project.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting blood samples from participants
- Using a straight needle for phlebotomy
- Supporting sampling events
- Following research protocols
- Ensuring accurate data collection
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of relevant work experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Current Phlebotomy certification
- Experience with straight needle blood draws
- Comfortable with research protocols
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Qualifications:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Public Health projects
- Experience in Research environments
- Proficiency with Clinical Data Collection
