About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: On site
- Shift: 7:30 am – 4 pm, 3:30 pm – 12 am, 12 am – 8:30 am
- Schedule: Full time – 5 shifts per week including Saturdays and some holidays
- Hours: Rotational
- Setting: Acute Care
Responsibilities:
The Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for:
- Adhering to pharmacy laws and regulatory requirements
- Assisting pharmacists with medication preparation and distribution
- Rotating assignments to meet departmental needs
- Receiving, returning, and delivering medications and supplies
- Troubleshooting automated dispensing systems
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience
- High School Diploma/GED
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) by NYSED
- Pharmacy dispensing experience
- Sterile Processing experience
- IV room experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under supervision
- Strong organizational skills
Desired Skills:
