A healthcare organization in Massachusetts is actively seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join their growing specialty pharmacy as their new Pharmacy Manager.
About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: 1/5
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:30am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee pharmacy operations
- Ensure safe and compliant medication practices
- Support patient care within our specialty pharmacy environment
- Work closely with Intake, Referral Services, Nursing/Clinical teams, Reimbursement, and Pharmacy Operations
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in Specialty, Infusion, Mail Order, Hospital, or similar Pharmacy settings
- Bachelor's Degree and/or PharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy
- MA Pharmacist License
- Strong understanding of specialty therapies and patient qualification processes
- Experience supervising or working closely with pharmacy technicians
- 3+ years in Specialty, Infusion, Mail Order, Hospital, or similar pharmacy settings
- Experience in Specialty Pharmacy Operations, Payer requirements, and Clinical Coordination
Desired Skills:
- CT Pharmacist License
