A Florida-based healthcare network is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to focus on the management of pharmacy operations and ensuring regulatory compliance.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 6pm (8am to 12pm on Fridays)
- Setting: Pharmacy
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the operations of the pharmacy department
- Accurately dispensing and verifying prescriptions
- Managing and supervising pharmacy staff
- Ensuring compliance with medication guidelines and laws
- Providing mandated counseling and customer service
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a licensed Pharmacist
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Active FL Pharmacist license
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Solid critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a Retail Pharmacy setting
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
- BLS CPR Certification
- Bilingual
- Experience working within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
