A recognized services company in Virginia is actively seeking a new Pega Senior Developer to design and implement Pega applications for complex business processes in a dynamic environment.
About the Opportunity:

- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 hours/week
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Designing, building, and configuring Pega applications, workflows, and UI components
- Developing reusable components, data pages, activities, and integrations
- Collaborating with business analysts and product owners to design technical solutions
- Participating in code reviews and enforcing development standards
- Supporting performance tuning and debugging of complex issues
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years of Pega application development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Pega CSSA certification
- Strong knowledge of Case Lifecycle Design and Integration Patterns
- Proficiency with Debugging Tools and Performance Analyzer
- Experience in Agile/Scrum Development teams
- Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in the Financial Services and/or Regulated industries
- Experience with DevOps, Automated Testing, and CI/CD
- Strong collaboration skills with Pega Architects
