A healthcare organization is seeking a PC Technician in Chattanooga, Tennessee, to support the configuration, delivery, installation, and maintenance of company PCs, peripherals, and standard software. This on-site role also helps manage computer imaging, inventory, end-user support, and technical documentation in a professional enterprise environment.

Responsibilities:
- Configure, deliver, and install PCs, peripherals, and corporate standard software
- Build and maintain corporate computer images for laptops and desktops
- Track and maintain inventory of computers, components, and related equipment
- Support end users with hardware and software issues under the guidance of PC support specialists
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and equipment lifecycle activities in accordance with corporate standards
Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree in a computer-sciences related field, or equivalent training and experience
- At least 1 year of professional experience in information technology
- Strong understanding of PC hardware, including component installation, diagnostics, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- Experience with laptops, desktops, printers, and common peripherals in an enterprise environment
- Excellent interpersonal communication, customer service, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting
Desired Skills:
- Microsoft certifications
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification
- Dell or HP hardware certification
- Exposure to PC-related policies, procedures, and standards in an enterprise environment
