A financial services firm in Virginia is actively seeking a new Oracle HCM / Azure Integration Analyst to join their team, focusing on HR data modernization.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business hours
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week)
Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining SQL queries and database objects
- Translating SQL logic into Oracle HCM data models for Azure integration
- Designing data structures for reporting and analytics
- Using Oracle Analytics tools for data extraction and reporting validation
- Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve data issues
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- SQL Server and Oracle SQL experience
- Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge
- Oracle BI Publisher and BICC proficiency
- Azure analytics environment integration
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- Legacy HR systems experience, like PeopleSoft
- Familiarity with HR reporting and Governance frameworks
- Cloud-based HR Transformation Support experience
