A consumer products company in Massachusetts is seeking a new Oracle Cloud HCM Integrations Developer to design, build, deploy, and support AI-accelerated data exchanges.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40/week
- Setting: Hybrid (at least 2 days a week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Designing integrations with scalability in mind
- Developing and automating integration solutions
- Utilizing AI for accelerated development
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Oracle HCM data model
- Experience with HCM Extracts and HDL/HSDL
- Strong debugging and analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving abilities
