A healthcare organization in South Carolina is currently seeking a Medical Oncologist (Physician) to join their team. This is an outpatient assignment offering flexible scheduling, an excellent work-life balance, and the opportunity to provide ongoing coverage while a permanent hire is made.
About the Opportunity:
- Hybrid or Remote: Onsite only
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: 3–4 days per week
- Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with 1-hour unpaid lunch
- Setting: Outpatient General Medical Oncology
- Patient Volume: 7–15 patients per day
- Duration: Ongoing coverage until permanent hire
Responsibilities:
The Oncologist (Physician)
will be responsible for:
- Providing outpatient general medical oncology care
- Seeing 7–15 patients per day
- Collaborating with clinic staff and APPs
- Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation
- Ensuring a high standard of patient-centered care
Qualifications:
- Fellowship in Oncology – required
- Board Eligible within 5 years – required
- Active South Carolina medical license in hand – required
- Physicians only
