About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and a clean, safe office
- Greeting and checking in visitors and vendors
- Troubleshooting office issues and escalating as needed
- Coordinating facilities-related issues and relations
- Managing facility services: supplies, vendors, and office expansion
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience in an Office Administration role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Experience with Admin / Clerical functions
- Computer savvy
- Proficiency in Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel, and office equipment
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexible and results-driven
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience with Facility Management
- Experience in a Biotech/Pharma environment
