A recognized services organization in Westchester County NY is seeking a highly organized, proactive Office Manager/Executive Assistant to support technology leadership and oversee daily office and business operations.
About the opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 3 to 6 months
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, meetings, travel, and correspondence
- Prepare agendas, capture notes, and share actionable summaries
- Anticipate executive needs and align priorities across teams
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
- Oversee daily office operations for efficiency and professionalism
- Act as primary contact for building management, vendors, and partners
- Handle supplies, equipment, contracts, and expense processing
- Support onboarding and cross-functional coordination
- Implement workflow improvements and keep operations structured for growth
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Office Management, Executive Support, and/or Operations role
- High School Diploma / GED
- Proficient with Office software, Scheduling tools, and Admin systems
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Solid problem-solving and time management skills
- Exceptional phone etiquette
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Able to multiask efficiently and effectively
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
