An education network in New York City is currently seeking a licensed Occupational Therapy Evaluator (OT) to join their team.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: 2026-27 School Year
- Patient Population: Grades K-12
Responsibilities:
- Conduct educationally relevant Occupational Therapy evaluations of children with and without diagnosed special education needs
- Determine a child’s present level of performance and possible need for OT services
- Provide a written evaluation report with their findings
- Develop goals and service recommendations if appropriate
- Travel between school sites and provide timely evaluations and reports
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- NYS Occupational Therapist (OT) license
