About the Opportunity:- Schedule: Part-time
- Hours: 10 to 20 hours per week (Flexible)
- Assessing patient needs
- Developing personalized treatment plans
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team
- Completing administrative tasks
- Providing support to patients, families, and caregivers
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- NYS Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- EMR proficiency
- Solid assessment and documentation skills
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Bilingual
- Experience working with the Aging population
