About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Rehabilitation center
Responsibilities:
- Assessing and evaluating referred patients
- Providing direct patient care and establishing treatment programs
- Setting and documenting realistic and achievable goals
- Overseeing Occupational Therapy Assistants
- Collaborating with other healthcare disciplines
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
- Valid NJ Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to set achievable goals for patients
- Proficiency in evaluations and progress notes
- Excellent patient service skills
- Commitment to patient privacy and confidentiality
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience in long-term or geriatric care
