A healthcare services company in New York City is currently seeking a new, licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team in Manhattan.

Responsibilities:
- Review and make recommendations on consumer assessments for long-term care services and supports.
- Maintain current knowledge of regulatory changes pertaining to the quality and validity of assessments.
- Assess cases presented and utilize clinical competencies to review and validate assessment outcomes
- Work collaboratively to monitor and address clinical quality and gaps in care
- Provide clinical and educational assistance to support project initiatives
- Demonstrate communication skills necessary to interpret age-specific responses
- Participate in performance, improvement, and quality assurance activities and related meetings
- Provide clinical and educational support to meet program goals
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree from a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program
- NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Board Eligible
- Computer savvy
Desired Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine, Adult Health, Community Health, and/or Family Practice
- Bilingual (English and Cantonese, Mandarin, Bengali, Haitian-Creole, Russian, or Spanish)
- Experience working with the Adult / Geriatric populations
- Home Care background
- Experience working with individuals with Physical and/or Developmental Disabilities
- Knowledge of Long-Term Care services & programs
