A healthcare network in Georgia is currently seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their Atlanta-based team, specializing in Liver and Pancreas Surgery.
About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday–Friday (4 days per week)
- Hours: 8am to 5pm (10-hour shifts)
- Setting: Combination of inpatient hospital rounding and outpatient clinic
Responsibilities:
- Managing patient care in a hospital setting
- Providing outpatient clinic services for 15-25 patients per day
- Collaborating with specialists in liver and pancreas care
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Confirming procedural competency
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree
- Active GA Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- NPI, CDS, and DEA registration
- Experience in Inpatient and Outpatient Care
- Ability to handle a fast-paced clinic environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proven problem-solving abilities
Desired Skills:
- Surgical or specialty experience in Liver and Pancreas
- National Certification
- Procedural competency confirmation
