A nationwide nonprofit healthcare network is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join one of their teams at one of their locations across the Midwest.
About the Opportunity:

- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Setting: Outpatient
- Locations: Opportunities are available in the following states:
- Arkansas, Arizona, California, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, Wisconsin, & West Virginia
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ancillary screenings
- Help coordinate both internal and external resources to meet the member’s needs as identified and evaluated by the Clinician
- Prepare written reports and assessments with the Clinician’s analysis and evaluation of the member’s health situation and recommendations regarding the member’s healthcare
- Conduct peer reviews via the chart audit tool monthly
- Conduct ride-alongs as requested by the Regional Clinical Manager lead
- Provide members with education regarding health evaluation findings
- Maintain professional appearance (lab coat required) with photo ID badge visible
- Provide feedback to the Product and Tech teams through email, surveys, focus groups, or other mechanisms
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of continuous post-graduate training in a single accredited Internship, Residency or Fellowship program
- Graduate of a college of medicine or an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) program
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license in the designated state
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in an Adult, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics role/setting
- Experience in Utilization Review, Concurrent Review and/or Risk Management
- Experience performing chart audits and educating peers on best practices
