A health services network in New York City is actively seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) for a great Part-time opportunity with their Women's Health team at a facility in Queens.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: 1 day per week (Wednesday)
- Hours: 8 hours
- Setting: Women's Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with medical pill abortions
- Collaborating with clinic physicians to assess and diagnose patient health
- Developing individualized nursing care plans and medical regimens
- Providing therapeutic interventions, health education, and counseling
- Supporting patients and families, including care related to safe access to abortion services
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master'S Degree Nursing (Nurse Practitioner Program)
- NYS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Experience in a Women's clinic or GYN office
- Computer savvy
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in a related field
- Relevant healthcare certifications
