A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join their growing Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Bergen County.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive care to ICU patients
- Perform daily rounds with the collaborating physician
- Order, perform or interpret the results of diagnostic tests and screening procedures based on assessment results, interventions, medications, patient responses, or treatment changes
- Collaborate with discharge planning care coordinators for all discharge needs to ensure effective care delivery
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Nursing
- NJS Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
- Previous experience in a Critical Care role/setting
Desired Qualifications
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certification
