A healthcare organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Candor, NC to perform history and physicals in a high-volume clinical setting. This role focuses on delivering efficient patient assessments, documenting findings accurately, and identifying any abnormal findings or risk factors.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Wednesday, June 24 and Thursday, June 25
- Hours: 5:30pm - 8:30pm (Weds) & 5am to 11am (Thurs)
- Setting: In-person clinical event setting
Responsibilities:
- Conduct history and physicals for patients in an event setting
- Obtain comprehensive medical, surgical, family, and social histories
- Perform thorough physical examinations in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Document findings accurately in the designated system
- Identify and escalate abnormal findings or risk factors
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- NPI number
- Experience performing patient assessments and physical examinations
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment
Desired Skills:
- Experience with history and physicals in an event or mobile health setting
- Strong patient communication skills
- Familiarity with virtual training sessions
