An occupational health organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Lubbock, TX to support a high-volume screening event. This role focuses on conducting Human Performance Exams, performing medical clearance evaluations, and documenting fit-for-duty findings in a fast-paced clinical setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Tuesday, June 23rd
- Hours: 7am to 6:30pm
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Performance Exams, including functional movement, musculoskeletal stability, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling assessments
- Review range of motion, strength, endurance, and any medical limitations affecting job performance
- Provide medical clearance determinations based on physical demand requirements and clinical findings
- Conduct focused physical exams and health screenings, including vitals, medical history review, and general assessment
- Document evaluations accurately and collaborate with onsite clinical and operational teams to support workflow efficiency
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings
- Ability to make clinical clearance decisions and assess functional capacity for job-specific tasks
- Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and decision-making skills
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a high-volume screening setting
- Familiarity with fit-for-duty evaluations and occupational health guidelines
- Comfort working in a fast-paced event environment
