A health services organization is seeking a Nurse Practitioner in Indianapolis, IN to support a high-volume screening event. This role focuses on conducting Human Performance Exams and clearance evaluations to assess functional capacity and fit-for-duty status.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Wednesday, June 17
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
- Setting: On-site
Responsibilities:
- Perform Human Performance Exams and evaluate functional movement, musculoskeletal stability, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling capabilities.
- Review range of motion, strength, endurance, medical history, vitals, and general health status as part of focused physical assessments.
- Determine medical clearance and fit-for-duty status based on clinical findings and physical demand requirements.
- Identify any medical limitations or restrictions that may affect job performance.
- Document all evaluations accurately, thoroughly, and in a timely manner while supporting workflow in a fast-paced event environment.
Qualifications:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license.
- Experience in occupational health, urgent care, employee health, or pre-employment screenings.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills for clearance determinations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume screening setting.
- Reliable and able to commit to the full shift.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with functional capacity evaluations.
- Background in event-based or mobile clinical screening operations.
- Familiarity with occupational health documentation and workplace fitness assessments.
