About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Flexible
- Schedule: Part-time, long-term contract
- Hours: 14 to 21 hours per week
- Setting: Residential - On school campus (same grounds)
Responsibilities:
- Admission and discharge physicals
- Sick visits
- Medical clearances for procedures / OR visits
- Vaccine administration and ordering
- Review and sign the dietitian orders
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years eof xperience
- NYS licensed Nurse Practitioner
- Medicaid enrollment
- Pediatric experience required
- Comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Reliable and organized
- Sees this as a long-term part-time role
Desired Skills:
- Experience in pediatric or OPWDD settings
- OPWDD / developmental disability experience
- Comfortable with pediatric OPWDD population
