A nonprofit services organization in New York City is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their team in Brooklyn as a Nurse Manager, overseeing nursing services in a community health setting.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm
- Setting: Community Health
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of nurses and medical assistants
- Conducting staff training and evaluations
- Ensuring clinic compliance with safety and confidentiality guidelines
- Providing hands-on patient care and management
- Collaborating with medical and administrative staff
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- BLS certification
- Experience in managing Nursing Services
- Strong understanding of Community Health needs
- Experience with medically underserved populations
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Experience in an FQHC setting
