A healthcare organization in Massachusetts is actively seeking a licensed Physician to join their growing Inpatient Hospitalist team in Essex County.

About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Assignment Length: Ongoing
- Shift: Swing or Nights
- Patient Volume: 8 to 12 per day
Responsibilities:
- Direct care and develop comprehensive treatment plans for hospitalized patients
- Communicate with patients and/or their designated healthcare advocate on progress and plans
- Ensure appropriate transfer of care when assigned hours of service end and upon patient discharge from the hospital
- Document daily involvement in patient care in the medical record and record charges appropriate to the level of service provided and documented
- Participate in quality and process improvement projects as well as hospital committees
- Perform other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in the State of Massachusetts
- Board Eligible / Certified in Family and/or Internal Medicine
Desired Skills:
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
