Responsibilities:
The NOC Analyst I will be responsible for:
- Monitoring and incident response: actively monitor network performance and security threats.
- Incident triage and resolution: investigate and prioritize incidents.
- Troubleshooting and maintenance: troubleshoot network issues and perform remote maintenance.
- Collaboration and communication: work with IT teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
- Documentation and reporting: maintain records and generate reports.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Network Operations Center or Security Operations Center
- Degree in IT or related field
- Certifications in networking or security preferred
- Strong technical aptitude in IT networking and telecommunications
- Knowledge of server and database management
- Proficiency in monitoring tools like SolarWinds
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
