A media services company in New York City is seeking a new News Operations Manager for a hybrid role based in Manhattan, focused on improving TV production processes and high-level collaboration across teams.

This is a Hybrid opportunity requiring the qualified professional to work onsite at least 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Owning relationships with editorial stakeholder teams
- Leading workflow documentation and optimization efforts
- Recommending innovative technology solutions for broadcasting and digital production
- Coordinating with cross-functional partners for platform usage clarity
- Supporting production management and resource allocation
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant Newsroom or Production Operations experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Workflow Management tools
- Familiarity with Newsroom Systems (Avid, Adobe Premiere, CMS)
- Strong understanding of Broadcast and Digital workflows
- Experience in Live Field Production Support
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting both News and Entertainment productions
- Familiarity with AI/Automation Applications in newsroom workflows
