A Fortune 50 financial institution in Vienna, VA is seeking a Network Operations Analyst to provide operational support and gain hands-on experience in a corporate tech environment.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Vienna, VA)
Responsibilities:
- Providing day-to-day operational and administrative support while learning network provisioning processes
- Gathering, documenting, and validating requirements from subject matter experts
- Performing research and analysis, including quantitative and qualitative assessments
- Supporting network and systems analysis, design, and architecture efforts
- Assisting with documentation, reporting, and process tracking activities
Qualifications:
- Foundational understanding of network engineering principles
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience gathering and documenting technical requirements
- Strong research, analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to learn new skills quickly with guidance and support
