A recognized entertainment organization on Long Island is looking to add a new Network Engineer to their growing team in Nassau County.

About the Opportunity:
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: Standard business (40 hours per week)
- Setting: Hybrid (Mon-Thurs Onsite, Fri Remote)
Responsibilities:
- Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation
- Performing hands-on technical work including routing and switching
- Supporting project involvement including planning and budgeting
- Conducting technical troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Working as part of the design team for network projects
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in network administration
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications from Cisco or Palo Alto preferred
- Strong knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP) and switching
- Experience with Cisco network hardware and software
- Skills in problem-solving, troubleshooting, and communication
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Desired Skills:
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Certification from Palo Alto Networks
- Experience with Wi-Fi support and AAA platforms
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
