A health services network in New Jersey is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their Neonatology team.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day or Night
- Schedule: 2–3 shifts per week
- Hours: 12 to 24-hour shifts
- Setting: Neonatal care
Responsibilities:
- Providing direct patient care to neonatal patients (average census: 10–15 patients)
- Conducting daily rounds and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams
- Supporting attending physicians and fellow providers
- Communicating effectively with patients' families regarding care plans and progress
- Performing procedures such as arterial puncture, endotracheal intubation, and umbilical line placement
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Neonatology
- Advanced Practice Provider degree (NP or PA)
- Active NJS Nurse Practitioner (NP) and/or Physician Assistant (PA) license
- Proficiency in Arterial Puncture, Endotracheal Intubation, and Umbilical Line Placement
- Competency in EPIC EMR system
- Strong patient care skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in Neonatology
- Relevant certifications in Neonatology
