An entertainment media organization in New York City is seeking a new Multiplatform Scheduling Coordinator to support the execution and distribution of monthly programming schedules across multiple platforms. This role focuses on accurate scheduling, content management, and coordination with internal partners to keep program information current and aligned.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Hours: 9am to 5pm (35-40 hours per week; with a flexible start time)
- Setting: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Responsibilities:
- Execute and distribute monthly program schedules and related documentation
- Enter schedules, media assets, format templates, and schedule changes into multiple systems
- Maintain accuracy across all scheduling documentation and content records
- Assist with inventory and usage tracking
- Collaborate with internal teams on scheduling, rights management, and media planning needs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with scheduling databases
- Knowledge of media rights
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications and/or New Media
- Experience with WURL and Aurora
- Familiarity with FAST channels and multiplatform scheduling
- Interest in television and entertainment content
- Collaborative, adaptable approach with a willingness to learn new systems
