A biotechnology company in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, is seeking a new Mfg Cell Processing Specialist 3 to oversee cell processing activities and ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 40 per week
- Setting: Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Leading and overseeing cell processing activities
- Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Operating production equipment, such as control rate freezers
- Performing final product freezing and storage in LN2
- Driving continuous improvement and compliance with cGMP
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Cell Processing
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Expertise in ERP systems
- Independent judgment and team leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective written and oral communication
- Commitment to high-quality work
Desired Qualifications:
- Advanced Degree in a Science-related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
