We have a current opportunity for a Medical Monitoring Program Coordinator on a contract basis. The position will be based in Maplewood and asked to report onsite daily. For further information about this position please apply.
Responsible for maintenance of the Medical Monitoring Programs (Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA), Blood Pressure, and Blood Sugar) databases, including but not limited to tracking all compliances.
- Responsibilities include sending out and tracking medical monitoring notices, reviewing submitted compliance reports, determining if employees meet established requirements, and notifying appropriate parties of non-compliance.
The coordinator will administer enrollment, tracking, and status updates for pre-employment candidates enrolled in the OSA pilot program. - This includes scheduling pre-employment testing, evaluations, and follow-up appointments as necessary.
- The role also serves as liaison between employees/candidates, providers, and clinical staff, as well as reviewing and verifying invoices and tracking hiring status and insurance as needed.
- Additional duties may be assigned as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
- Experience handling confidential health information.
- Prior experience in data tracking, monitoring, reconciliation, and follow-up preferred.
- Healthcare experience highly desirable.
