A biopharmaceutical organization in Conshohocken, PA, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Data & Analytics Steward (Contractor) to support the Medical Affairs organization.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the data steward for Medical Affairs, ensuring data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems
- Maintain and manage Medical-specific entries within the organization’s enterprise Data Catalog, including definitions, metadata, and data standards
- Establish and enforce best practices for data usage, documentation, and governance within medical
- Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Commercial, Compliance) to align on data standards and definitions
- Partner with Medical Affairs leaders to gather and refine requirements for field medical dashboards and other analytics solutions
- Translate business questions into clear data and reporting requirements for development teams
- Support data validation and user acceptance testing (UAT) of dashboards and reports
- Leverage Power BI (user-level expertise) to review outputs, ensure accuracy, and optimize usability for stakeholders
- Act as a subject matter resource for CRM-related data and processes within Medical Affairs
- Work closely with stakeholders across Medical Affairs, IT, Commercial Operations, and Data/Analytics teams
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure solutions meet strategic and operational needs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data processes, reporting capabilities, and system utilization
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, CRM systems, or related roles, preferably within life sciences or healthcare
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Life Sciences, Data Analytics, Information Systems).
- Experience with Data query languages, particularly SOQL, and database structures
- Proficient with Veeva Medical CRM
- Familiarity with Power BI or similar BI tools
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between business and technical audiences
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, and/or CRM systems within the Life Sciences and/or Healthcare industry
- Master's Degree
- Experience supporting Field Medical (MSL) teams or Medical Affairs organizations
- Familiarity with Data Catalogs, Data Dictionaries, and Governance Frameworks
- Experience with Veeva Network and Veeva Align
- Exposure to Pharmaceutical and/or Biotech Data Ecosystems
- Development background
