About the Opportunity:
- Start Date: ASAP
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
- Hours: 8am to 5pm
- Setting: Clinic
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and engaging with patients and guests
- Communicating wait times and monitoring patient flow
- Resolving registration, check-in, and check-out issues
- Assisting with patient service or clinical concerns
- Scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, and resolving patient concerns
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 1 year of experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Certificate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or eligibility for the national certification exam
- EMR system experience
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree
- EMR system certification
