The role offers a mix of front office coordination and hands-on clinical support for a high-volume care team.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and guests, monitor wait times, and support patient flow in the waiting area
- Assist with check-in, check-out, registration, scheduling, insurance verification, and document scanning
- Answer phones, take messages, manage communications, and coordinate follow-up on patient needs
- Support clinical care under supervision by obtaining vitals, assisting with procedures, collecting specimens, and maintaining exam rooms
- Document patient information and care activities in the EMR, and help ensure records, forms, and lab results are complete and accurate
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Medical Assistant program, or eligibility to sit for the national certification exam and pass within 18 months of hire
- At least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience in an ambulatory care setting
- Experience navigating an electronic medical record system
Desired Skills:

- Associate degree
