A media services organization is actively seeking a new Media Billing Analyst for a promising Remote opportunity with their team.

About the Opportunity:
- Shift: Day
- Schedule: Full-time
- Hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm
- Setting: Remote
Responsibilities:
- Reconciling billing, revenue, and payment data
- Serving as a liaison between Finance and other business units
- Responding to client inquiries about invoice details
- Ensuring correct application of rates, discounts, and terms
- Handling multitasking effectively in a fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of related Billing and/or Finance experience
- High School Diploma / GED
- Media Billing systems experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficiency with Excel
- High accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
Desired Skills:
- Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and/or Finance
- Experience with Media Ocean
- Audit experience
