Responsibilities:
- Designing complex cloud-based solutions with Salesforce.com and AWS
- Hands-on development of solution components, focusing on integration, security, and custom development
- Leading and organizing all stages of the software development life cycle
- Working with project teams to ensure system accuracy, testing, performance, and security
- Providing level of effort estimates for the technical portions of solutions
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in Salesforce platform implementations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications ("Advanced Administrator," "Application Architect," etc.)
- Proficiency in Apex/VF, Lightning Web Components, and Aura framework
- Experience with API technologies (Soap, Rest) and middleware tools like Kafka
- Experience with integration patterns recommended by Salesforce
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Organizational skills for managing the development life cycle stages
- Ability to handle security requirements
