A health services organization in New York City is seeking a new Marketing Operations Manager. In this role, the Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining the organization's marketing strategies. This is a part-time, contract-to-hire role with potential growth into a full-time leadership position.

About the Opportunity:
- Assignment Length: Contract-to-Hire
- Schedule: Part-Time
- Hours: 20–25 hours per week (as required, with flexibility during peak periods)
- Setting: Hybrid (mostly Remote with occasional onsite meetings in NYC)
Responsibilities:
- Directing the day-to-day activities of advertising agencies and optimizing performance metrics
- Acting as the primary liaison for healthcare partners, ensuring listing accuracy and lead flows
- Synchronizing efforts across marketing and CRM processes
- Developing performance dashboards and recommending tactical improvements
- Maintaining brand integrity across all vendor outputs
- Performing other duties, as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Marketing experience in B2B and B2C sectors
- Advanced proficiency in CRM Management and Advertising Ecosystems
- Experience using AI tools for workflow efficiency
Desired Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field
- Certification in Digital Marketing platforms
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
- Expertise in Data Analytics tools
- Experience in the Healthcare and/or Service-based industries
